AIBeatMaker.ai ("AIBeatMaker," "we," "our," or "us") is operated by Dreamspark AI LLC, a company registered in the United States. By using https://www.aibeatmaker.ai and our beat-generation and lyric tools, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service

AIBeatMaker is a beat-first music creation platform that lets you generate instrumental tracks from prompts and briefs, with secondary song and lyric workflows available when needed. We may add or remove tools over time.

2. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the Service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer Free, Starter, and Plus plans. Free is for evaluation. Paid plans add downloads, private generations, and additional rights as shown on the pricing page.

4. Content and Rights

Ownership and commercial-use rights depend on the plan and billing type at the time of generation. Annual paid generations receive the broadest rights. Monthly paid generations and free-plan generations have more limited rights, as explained in the License Agreement and pricing page.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass limits, interfere with access, or use the Service in a way that violates the law or these Terms.

6. Changes, Suspension, and Contact
