AIBEATMAKER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: March 31, 2026

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Dreamspark AI LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("User" or "you") regarding content generated through AIBeatMaker.ai (the "Service").

1. Scope

AIBeatMaker.ai is a beat-first AI music platform that lets users generate instrumental tracks from prompts and briefs, with secondary lyric and song flows available when needed.

2. Annual Paid Plans

For Starter or Plus billed annually, generated content created during an active annual-paid period may be owned and used commercially by you, subject to the Terms of Service and this Agreement.

3. Monthly Paid Plans

For Starter or Plus billed monthly, generated content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only while your subscription is active. Monthly-paid generations do not receive full ownership transfer or commercial rights.

4. Free Plan

Free-plan content remains owned by the Company and is limited to personal, non-commercial use. Free-plan content may be published in the public gallery.

5. Certificates and Disclaimer

Commercial license certificates confirm eligibility under this Agreement. They do not create new rights. AI-generated content may resemble existing works, and you are responsible for lawful use.
